Eastbay - Wrong Items Sent

My 8th transaction with Eastbay is not good. 2 out of 5 items are wrong. This blog entry is for monitoring exchange/refund turnaround time (Australia-USA):

Items sent back to Eastbay: Sept. 27, 2011
Correct items received: refund received Nov. 9
Postage refund received: Oct. 21
